Campaign Overview
At a Capital Campaign Kickoff Brunch, Senior Warden Scott Thompson provided information about the campaign goal and priorities.
Goal
We have agreed on $225,000 as the goal. It is a stretch but strategically sound. Below are the recommended items to be completed:
Recommended List
BRICK FACADES: tuck-pointing , etc.: $124,000*
ROOFING: re-tape, fix scupper boxes, etc.: $21,000
PH WINDOWS: reinforce large windows on Clifton, replace
single panes $15K
CHURCH: replace 1938 fuse box, update wiring: $5,000
CHURCH AND PH BATHROOMS: replace/update all, including ADA where appropriate: $35,000
CHURCH AND PH: ceiling repairs, painting, fixture updates: $15,000
PH WINDOW TREATMENTS: update: $10,000**
TOTAL: $225,000
