As Episcopalians, our Baptismal Covenant provides the statement of our shared belief and serves as a foundation for our ministries. By responding to a series of questions, we affirm our belief in God (Creator, Christ and Holy Spirit) and promise to continue in fellowship and learning, to resist evil and repent, to proclaim the Good News in Christ, to seek and serve Christ in all persons, to strive for justice and peace and respect the dignity of all creation. We use this covenant in our worship at Baptism, on Easter, and on other occasions throughout the liturgical year to remind us of who we are as lovers of God and followers of Jesus.
